Arizona-based healthcare provider Bayless Healthcare Group launched its Adult Primary Care extension earlier this month and recently opened the doors to its Therapeutic Wellness Center across the street from its midtown Phoenix facility.

Bayless’ integrated primary care offers a shared emphasis on mental and physical health to its patients.

With the expansion, Bayless has added five new doctors, physician assistants and counselors.

Carrie McCahan, a physician assistant, provides a full spectrum of primary care for adolescents and adults. She works directly with Dr. Michael Hervey, MD. Before joining Bayless Primary Care, McCahan worked in emergency and family medicine in the East Valley. Her undergraduate studies were in speech and hearing sciences.

Lindsey Greene, a certified physician assistant, evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with mental health complaints and disorders. Prior to starting at Bayless Primary Care, Lindsey worked at the County Urgent Psychiatric Center, a high-acuity 24-hour psychiatric observation facility.

Charlie Rounds, a certified physician assistant, is responsible for developing streamlined, integrated, and appropriate psychiatric care for patients. This involves development and support of patient treatment plans, evaluations, and medication management. Prior to joining Bayless, he worked in emergency medical care for eight years.
