The largest living generation, Millennials, are now moving into their prime spending years. How well do we know them?

The seminar, on Oct. 18, is designed for business leaders, managers and marketers, this workshop will highlight the economic influence of this young generation in the United States, and in the Phoenix market. Topics discussed will be Millennials’ core values, what motivates them and best ways to engage them.

Sean Rogers, who leads the client strategy, B2B and creative development teams for Republic Media, part of the USA Today Network, will be the speaker at the workshop. Rogers began his career with retail giants such as Toys “R” Us and PetSmart, then worked for several top regional and national brands.

The seminar is at the Arizona Small Business Association at 4600 E. Washington St., Suite 341, in Phoenix, from 7:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The seminar is free to business professionals, and registration is required.

The morning workshop will begin with continental breakfast and networking preceding the workshop, followed by a presentation by Sean Rogers, director of client strategy at Republic Media.
