Just in time for the holidays – when stress levels are high, and good eating habits and regular exercise fall by the wayside – Abrazo Community Health Network is launching a free 30-day health challenge for Valley residents.

Artistry of You kicks off on Nov. 1 to help residents take control of their health, physically and emotionally.

Participants can sign up at AbrazoHealth.com/ArtistryOfYou to receive daily emails with health challenges and health tips as well as to register for free wellness events from cooking classes to Zumba and more. They also can share their wellness journeys on social media using #artistryofyou.

“Abrazo means embrace and that’s just what we’re doing in the community,” said Dr. William Ellert, Abrazo Community Health Network’s Market Chief Medical Officer. “The idea is not only to care for the patients at our hospitals, but also to teach members of our community a healthy way of life.”

The community program is just part of Abrazo’s commitment to Valley residents, Ellert said. “We also are investing millions of dollars into new technologies to integrate patient medical records and provide advanced, cardiac, orthopedics and other care.”
