Bethany Anne Eppley, who spent the past 14 years as Director of Development with Florida’s largest regional legal aid organization, has been named Development Director for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix (RMHC).

“Beth brings an incredible depth of experience to the Ronald McDonald House that will enable us to take the organization’s fund-raising and longterm relationship building to the next level of success,” said Ronald McDonald House Executive Director Nancy Roach.

During her tenure with Bay Area Legal Services, Inc., Eppley created and implemented a comprehensive development program that resulted in highly successful stewardship programs, phonathons, a sustaining giving women’s philanthropic program and a $1.5 million endowment at the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, among other achievements.

Before joining Bay Area Legal Services, Eppley was Executive Director of the Wabash County Hospital Foundation in Wabash, Ind., where she established the Wabash County Hospital Foundation and an endowment program.

Eppley holds both bachelor and master’s degrees from Ball State University. She is a two-time recipient of the Network for Executive Women Member of the Year Award and was recognized by Indiana Governor Evan Bayh for her work with the Wabash Addiction Care Center.
