The seminar will be held on Jan. 18 with a presentation by Attorneys Chris M. Mason and Otto S. Shill, III.

Check in for the event begins at 7:30 a.m. and the presentation will start at 8 a.m. and run to 9 a.m.

Registration for the event will be held until Jan. 13.

Arizona voters passed the minimum wage and paid sick time regulations this past November in a ballot initiative, Prop. 206.

The law will boost the minimum wage from its current $8.05 an hour to $10 an hour in January, and raise the minimum wage incrementally to $12 in 2020.

Employees now can take up to five paid sick days a year as well, under the initiative.

Questions for the event should be directed towards Whitney Matthis by email or by phone at 602-495-2711.
