Fennemore Craig announced the addition of two new attorneys in the firm’s Phoenix office. Blake Atkinson and Philip Brailsford have joined the firm as associates and practice in intellectual property and business litigation.

Atkinson practices in the area of intellectual property including patent prosecution and litigation, trademark registration and litigation, and copyrights. He earned his J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, his M.B.A. from Arizona State University and his, B.S. and B.A. from Arizona State University, Barrett, The Honors College.

Brailsford focuses his practice in business litigation. Prior to practicing law, he served on the Mesa Police Department for more than 19 years, most recently as an Operations Lieutenant. Brailsford is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces in Afghanistan and was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge. He earned his J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and his B.A. from Northern Arizona University.
