Phoenix business law firm Jaburg Wilk provided over 4,000 bottles of water to Phoenix Rescue Mission for their Code Red Summer Heat Relief project.

During the summer when temperatures are in the triple digits, life on the streets goes from unbearable to deadly. Homeless individuals need water to survive summer on the streets.

“The recent record heat wave created life threatening conditions”, said Jaburg Wilk Executive Director Brenda Edwards. “We were pleased to partner with Phoenix Rescue Mission and provide them with more than 4,000 water bottles to distribute to Phoenix’s most vulnerable”.

Phoenix Rescue Mission helps provide hope, healing and new beginnings for men, women and children who struggle with homelessness, addiction and trauma.

“Phoenix’s heat has been extreme this summer. We are thankful for partners like Jaburg Wilk whose employees have collected thousands of bottles this summer. Those bottles of water save lives,” said Jay Cory, President and CEO of Phoenix Rescue Mission.
