Polsinelli has been named one of four IP Litigation Powerhouses in the 2016 BTI Litigation Outlook report based on interviews with general counsels. This is the first time Polsinelli has received recognition by BTI as an IP Litigation Powerhouse.

“This is a huge accomplishment for our firm and we’re honored to thank our clients and industry partners,” said Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Practice Chairman Keith J. Grady who is based in St. Louis.

The BTI Litigation Outlook report is based on a survey of 322 corporate counsel and leading legal decision makers and contains independent, unbiased research. The annual report combines a powerful and comprehensive analysis from clients about more than 160 law firms, providing information about client spending, goals, priorities and needs.

Polsinelli’s national Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Practice handles complex IP issues in a variety of industries including: technology and high tech; telecommunications; bioscience and life sciences; animal science; medical device; pharmaceutical; chemical; software and business methods; financial services; data; privacy; and health care IT.

“We are extremely proud of our IP Litigation group for receiving this recognition,” said Litigation Department Chair Russ Jones. “What is especially gratifying is that this recognition is based on comments from our clients, for whom we strive to provide expertise, responsiveness, communication and, of course, results.”

“We’re honored to be recognized in this way by BTI and we hope to continue growing and innovating as a group in the years to come,” said Chicago-based Shareholder Gary E. Hood, who is the vice chair of the IP Litigation Practice.
