Polsinelli is ranked among the top five percent of 650 law firms for providing outstanding client service to clients with revenues over $1 billion, BTI Consulting Group announced in its annual benchmark market study in client service known as the BTI Client Service A-Team.

BTI also named three Polsinelli attorneys as 2016 BTI Client Service All-Stars, placing the firm in the top 10 percent of firms with more than one attorney on the national 316-member All-Star list.

Polsinelli jumped up seven spots in the rankings this year and is listed at No. 33. The firm also received honors in all 17 client priority areas, strengthening its position as an industry leader in serving national clients in a range of industries. According to BTI’s research, 650 core law firms serve large, Fortune 1000 clients, but only slightly more than half earned a spot in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2016 rankings.

Kansas City-based attorneys Roy Bash, Construction/Energy/Real Estate Litigation Practice Chair, and Russell S. Jones, Jr., Litigation Department Chair, and Dallas Shareholder Robert W. Dockery each received this year’s Client Service All-Star designation by BTI Consulting Group, which named 316 total All-Star attorneys.

This is the fourth time Bash has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star, earning other consecutive inclusions in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The 2016 BTI award extends the list of recent distinctions for Jones, including recognition as Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation in 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Dockery, whose practice centers on corporate and securities law, is now a three-time BTI Client Service All-Star selection, having previously earned the distinction in 2008 and 2011.

BTI releases the Client Service All-Star list each year as a way to honor and track client perceptions of exceptional l service within America’s legal community. The annual survey gauges the performance of the leading private practice attorneys based on feedback of in-house counsel from some of the leading Fortune 1000 firms.
