The attorneys and staff of Scottsdale-based Rayndon Law Group PLC have joined Clark Hill PLC effective January 1, 2015, Clark Hill Phoenix Managing Member Darrell Davis announced today.

“This is a great opportunity for our firm to broaden our tax and estate planning practice and the range of services we can offer the local market,” Davis said.

Darra Lynn Rayndon has over 30 years of practice experience and is certified as a tax specialist by the Arizona Bar. Her work includes tax planning, business entity formation and representation, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other businesses, estate and wealth succession planning, asset protection, exempt private offerings, and real estate matters. She is also a Certified Fiduciary through the Arizona Supreme Court and serves as trustee and in other fiduciary capacities when called upon. She is Martindale-Hubbell AV rated.

In addition to Rayndon, who joins as a Member, attorneys Michelle Margolies Tran and Ely W. Sluder have become part of the Clark Hill team.

Tran’s practice is focused in the areas of estate and tax planning for individuals, families, and businesses.  She also provides legal services in business formation and transfers, trust administration, and probate.  She is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section on Taxation, the State Bar of Arizona Association’s Tax Section, and several other professional organizations.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego.

Sluder is Of Counsel focuses his practice on business, contract, real estate and intellectual property law.  He typically handles client issues such as mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, business entity formations, commercial leases and general contract drafting and review. Sluder is also a Military veteran, having served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 1992-1995.
