National law firm Polsinelli has added Juan Pablo G. Zaragoza to the firm’s Wealth Planning/Administration Practice as associate in the Phoenix office. Zaragoza has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, international estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning and probate and trust administration.

He is one of very few attorneys in the Southwest experienced in international estate planning, advising U.S. citizens with assets abroad and foreign nationals with assets here in the U.S.

Zaragoza brings to the firm a unique background. He is both bi-cultural and bi-lingual, as he was born in the border state of Sonora, Mexico. He is one of a select group of attorneys who practice international estate planning.

Zaragoza is a recipient of the Cesar E. Chavez Community Leadership Award presented by the Arizona Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation. He is an active member of the Hispanic
National Bar Association, the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association where he served on the Board of Directors for three years, the Arizona Latino Research Enterprise where he served on the Board of Directors for three years, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona-Mexico Commission, the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association, the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, the Valley Estate Planners, as well as the Trusts and Estates Section and the International Section of the State Bar of Arizona.

He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Arizona, his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and his LL.M in Tax from the University of Washington School of Law.
