Phoenix Mercury and BBVA Compass have teamed up for the second annual “Bright Futures Women in Business” promotion, an initiative designed to support women-owned businesses and create opportunity for a brighter future throughout the Valley.
The four-week program encourages leaders from women-owned businesses to write a short essay expressing how $2,500 in cash and $5,000 in Phoenix Mercury assets, courtesy of BBVA Compass and its 2017 “Year of Opportunity for Small Businesses” initiative, will make the future of their business brighter. Starting today through Thursday, June 15, leaders of qualifying local businesses are encouraged to submit an entry at PhoenixMercury.com/brightfutures for their chance to win.

The winning organization will receive an on-court check presentation and recognition during the Mercury’s Woman of Inspiration game, brought to you by BBVA Compass, on Thursday, August 24 when the team hosts the Los Angeles Sparks at Talking Stick Resort Arena. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
