MJ Insurance has added four individuals, three joining the team in Indianapolis and one at the Phoenix location. In the Indianapolis branch, Natasha Clements, Andrew Losinski and Shannon Lyons were hired as a senior analyst, analyst and account manager, respectively, in the Benefits Consulting department. Also in the Benefits Consulting department, Jessaca Latteier was hired as account executive in the Phoenix office.

“With the addition of these four talented individuals we can continue to provide our clients personal attention and consultative service,” said Jon Loftin, COO at MJ Insurance. “We are excited to have Natasha, Andrew, Shannon and Jessaca join the team.”

As a senior analyst on the Health Risk Management team in the Benefits Consulting department, Natasha Clements will utilize her technical aptitude to measure, analyze and make tactical and strategic recommendations on business issues. In addition, Clements will develop and leverage actionable analyses to support key company initiatives for benefits consulting clients. Prior to joining MJ, Natasha served as a publications analyst in Indianapolis.

Andrew Losinski will serve as an analyst on the Health Risk Management team in the Benefits Consulting department. His responsibilities will include identifying trends and patterns to draw meaningful conclusions that drive business decisions for benefits consulting clientele. Losinski graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis with his degree in Risk Management.

Shannon Lyons joins the Indianapolis team as an account manager in the Benefits Consulting department. As an account manager, Lyons will manage the marketing and renewal process for prospective clients as well as work with the Health Risk Management team in the analysis of claims data and development of additional value-add reporting.

In the Phoenix office, Jessaca Latteier will serve as an account executive in the Benefits Consulting Department. Jessaca’s 17 years of experience and extensive background in benefits and health risk management have prepared her for her position with MJ and her responsibilities as an account executive. In her new position, Latteier will implement and executive benefits programs for clients. She will also provide client service support as well as organize and facilitate team meetings to discuss client strategy.
