Cassidy Turley announced that it completed the sale of ±18 acres on the NWC of Alma School Rd. and Loop 202.
HHB V, LLC (Hussien Real Estate Investing) purchased the land for $4.3M ($5.48 PSF) from Canyon Rock Marketplace. Brent Moser, Mike Sutton and Brooks Griffith with Cassidy Turley’s Land Group represented the seller. Jeremy Lovejoy of Insight.com represented the buyer.
The zoned pad was previously planned for a ±188,000 SF retail plaza. The new owner plans to hold the property for future development.
