Cassidy Turley completed the sale of an industrial warehouse at 1645 N. 46th St. in Mesa.
RBS Investments, a Phoenix-based investment firm, purchased the property for $1.65M. The sellers were Azber, LLC and Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc. Berger occupies the entire property and is going to remain a tenant in the property. Cassidy Turley’s Kent Hanson represented the buyer. Marc Pierce and Scott Smith represented the sellers.
Built in 1997, the building sits on 3.6 acres and includes a fenced lot. The building features 12,160 SF of warehouse space and 1,920 SF of office space.
It is located in the Mesa Commerce Center, off of Greenfield and McKellips roads and is immediately south of Falcon Field Municipal Airport.
