Cassidy Turley Leases 33,522 SF at Arizona Center to ASU

 

Cassidy Turley leased 33,522 SF to Arizona State University at Arizona Center, 455 N. 3rd St. in Phoenix for a lease term of five years.

Chuck Nixon and Luke Walker with CBRE, along with Patti Boyd Gentry with Arizona Commercial Advisors, represented the tenant.

Tyler Wilson, CCIM, Mark Stratz and Scott Baumgarten with Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT. The property is managed by Reit Management & Research Real Estate Services.

Arizona Center is a 1 MSF, Class A, mixed-use project located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The office, retail, dining and entertainment destination opened in 1990 and expanded with the addition of AMC Theaters in 1998.

Arizona Center is minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, centrally located to downtown hotels, the convention center, TGEN, Civic Courthouse, ASU, University of Arizona Medical School, Professional Sports and the Phoenix METRO Light Rail.

The growing project amenities include: AMC 24 Theaters, New York & Company, Canyon Cafe, My Big Fat Greek Restaurant, Starbucks, Subway, Corner Bakery and Sushi Kokoro among others. The Garden Office Pavilion at 455 N. 3rd St. is 92.3% leased and the Office Tower at 400 E. Van Buren is 89.2% leased.
