See Development of Newport Beach, Calif., purchased a 2-building, multi- tenant industrial property at 1721 W. 10th Place in Tempe for $2.02M.

Marc Tuite with Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Group represented the buyer during the transaction. The seller, 10th Place Business Park, LLC, was represented by Matt Fredrick with Lee & Associates.

The 40,427 SF general industrial property was built in 1987 and is located on 2.41-acres just south and east of University Drive and State Route 143. The building was 100 % occupied at the time of sale.
