Cassidy Turley Represents Destiny Christian Church in Purchase of Gilbert Property


Cassidy Turley represented Destiny Christian Church (recorded buyer Generations Church, Inc.,) in purchasing a 22,094 SF building at 3545 E. Williams Field Rd. in Gilbert for $1.1M.

Believed to have been built in the mid-1960’s, the building is one of the most recognized in Gilbert. It has had numerous occupants; most recently it was a Potato Barn retail store.

Located just east of Higley and Williams Field roads on 5 acres of land, the property has daily traffic counts of more than 12,734 cars. Josh Wyss and Bruce Calfee with Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Group represented Destiny Christian Church during the sale. The seller was Elcannip Investments, LLC.

Destiny Christian Church plans to extensively renovate the site prior to holding services at the location and has engaged Barduson Architects and Redden Construction to help guide them through the redevelopment process. The church anticipates construction to start January 2014.
