Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) announced the sale of a 13,783 SF property in the West Valley at 2631 N. 37th Dr. in Phoenix.

Jeff Hays and Chad Neppl of CPI’s Tempe office represented the new owner, Little Grand Canyon, an Arizona Limited Liability Company.

“As an owner/user purchase, this industrial distribution building was attractive since it already had a truck well, heavy power and was ideally located for their business,” Neppl said.

The sale was valued at $715,000 ($51.87 per square foot). The seller was Phoenix Highway Products, Inc.
