Will Strong has been promoted to associate director-Industrial Services Group in the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

“Will has established an outstanding, results-oriented track record and has certainly earned this promotion,” said Catharine R. Teeter, operations manager.

“His focus and expertise working with industrial property owners, developers and occupiers in the purchase, leasing and disposition of properties has strengthened our national team,” said John Morris, the commercial real estate services firm’s Chicago-based leader of Industrial Services for the Americas.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Strong has been involved in the sale and lease of more than 21 MSF of industrial and office properties with an aggregate value in excess of $800M.

A graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in finance and accounting, he has been honored with Cushman & Wakefield’s coveted Hoover Memorial Work Ethic Award, as a CoStar Group Power Broker in 2011, as AZRE magazine’s Big Deals Rookie Broker of the Year and as Arizona Best of NAIOP in 2010.

A founding member of the C&W National Future Leaders, Strong also serves as a mentor for Arizona Quest for Kids, helping prepare underprivileged students for success in higher education,
