De Rito Partners releases its recent commercial transactions:
>> McDonald’s made a deal for a ground lease of 34,000 SF at the Frontier Village Shopping Center in Prescott. The center is along E. State Highway 69. Steve Bonnell of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the tenant in signing the lease.
>> De Rito broker Carl Jones, Jr. represented Red Hut Coffee & Espresso in signing a lease at the NWC of 7th and Roosevelt streets. The deal is for a 1,575 SF space in Downtown Phoenix, and will be the tenant’s first location in the area.
>> Still Moonshine Grill leased 3,840 SF at The Shops at Gilbert Fiesta. The center is south of the SEC of Gilbert and Williams Field roads. Gordon Heckaman and Matt Morrell of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the landlord in the lease.
>> De Rito broker Martin Leon represented McLaren Automotive/Auto Gallery of Scottsdale in signing a lease to open a gallery in Scottsdale. The lease is for a 9,988 SF space at the SEC of Raintree Dr. and 83rd Place.
>> H & R Barbershop signed a lease at the North Central Plaza south of the SEC of Central Ave. and Van Buren. Carl Jones, Jr. and Lizette Fonseca of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in signing the lease for 1,200 SF.
>> West Phoenix Arizona Healthy Care is set to open at the NWC of 43rd Ave. and Indian School Rd. in Phoenix. The deal is for 1,256 SF, with Lizette Fonseca and Bill Bones of De Rito Partners, Inc. representing the landlord.
>> Java Flag purchased a former Starbucks off of Milton Road, just north of University Ave. in Flagstaff. Java Flag made an unsolicited offer for the 2,200 SF space. Jackie Fisher of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction.
>> Culver’s Restaurant purchased 88,000 SF of land at the NWC of Highway 69 and Stroneridge Blvd. in Prescott Valley. Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the seller in the deal.
>> Michael McWilliams and Bill Bones of De Rito Partners Inc. represented the landlord in signing a lease to The Teen Hut in Sierra Vista. The deal was for 1,195 SF at Charleston Crossing Shopping Center located at Highway 90 and Martin Luther King Blvd.
>> A former Arby’s Restaurant at the SEC of Gilbert and Williams Field roads was sold to an investment group. Matt Morrell of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the seller in the deal for the 3,000 SF building.
>> CPR Cell Phone Repair is set to open its first location at The Pavilions at Talking Stick. The tenant signed a lease to take a 1,674 SF space at the shopping center at Loop 101 and Indian Bend. Gordon Heckaman of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the landlord in the deal.
>> A-1 Cleaners renewed its lease at the Ocotillo Shopping Center in Chandler. The tenant will remain in the 1,727 SF space at the center at the NWC of Alma School and Chandler Heights roads. Kelly’s Nails also renewed its lease for 1,400 SF in the same shopping center. De Rito Partners, Inc. brokers Bill Bones and Chris Corso represented the landlord in signing both renewals.
>> Pizza Hut will be opening a location in North Scottsdale at the NEC of Pima and Pinnacle Peak roads in the La Mirada Shopping Center. Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners, Inc. represented the tenant in signing the lease for the 1,160 SF space.
>> De Rito broker Bill Bones represented Title Max in signing a lease at the SEC of 35th and Southern avenues in Phoenix. The deal was for a 3,247 SF space.
