De Rito Partners, Inc. Releases Recent Commercial Transactions


De Rito Partners recent commercial transactions:

>> Planet Fitness signed a lease for 21,000 SF at Metro Gateway Shopping Center in Phoenix. The center is located a half-mile from Metro Center Mall at the SEC of 35th and Peoria avenues. De Rito Partners’ brokers Adrienne Bryant and Carl Jones, Jr. represented the landlord.

>> Title Max, one of the nation’s largest title lending companies, completed a deal to add a new location at the SWC of Gilbert and Guadalupe roads. Bill Bones of De Rito Partners’ represented the tenant in signing the deal for a 3,794 SF space.

>> Desert Star Dance leased 5,800 SF at Safeway at the Provinces in Chandler. The center is at the NEC of McQueen and Ray roads. Gordon Heckaman of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in the lease.

>> De Rito Partners’ broker Paul Serafin represented the landlord in signing a lease to bring Planet Fitness to Chandler Pavilions at 54th St. and Ray Rd. The lease is for a 19,382 SF space.

>> Pizza Hut secured a new location at the SWC of 32nd St. and Cactus Rd. in Phoenix. Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in signing the lease for a 1,510 SF space.

>> La Gran Bota signed a lease to open a new location in South Tucson at the SWC of Interstate 10 and 6th Ave. De Rito Partners’ brokers Paul Serafin and Lizette Fonseca represented the tenant.

>> Mariscos Camaron Pelado Restaurant signed a lease to open its first location at Baldridge Commons located in Goodyear. The tenant signed a lease for 1,600 SF at the center at the NWC of Dysart Rd. and Van Buren. De Rito Partners’ broker Gordon Heckaman represented the landlord.

>> Urbayn Home Accessory and Gift Boutique completed a deal to open a location at the NEC of Scottsdale Rd. and McDonald Dr. in Scottsdale. Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in signing the lease for the 1,606 SF space.

>> De Rito Partners’ brokers Bruce Milton and Justin Rihs completed a deal to bring Picosito Mexican Grill to the NWC of 75th Ave. and Lower Buckeye Rd. in Phoenix. The brokers represented the landlord in the lease for a 1,950 SF space.

>> Dutch Bros. Coffee completed a deal to open another Valley location in Goodyear at the NWC of Litchfield and Indian School roads. De Rito Partners’ brokers Marty Olejarczyk and Brian Bridgman represented Dutch Bros in signing a ground lease for 27,579 SF.
