Mack, Watson & Stratman, PLC announced that Erin Szajna has joined the firm as Of Counsel.
Szajna will lead the firm’s transactional practice and will represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate negotiations, property management issues and form preparation.
Szajna has more than 10 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her practice has included purchases and sales of real property, landlord and tenant representation and settlement of real property disputes.
She has represented clients in acquisitions and dispositions of office, retail and industrial projects. Szajna has also represented REITS in acquisitions of properties, and landlords and tenants in leases of commercial space in properties across the U.S.
She graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 2004. She is a co-editor and contributing author on the State Bar of Arizona’s Real Property Transactions Manual Committee and she was listed on the Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star List for 2012 for the category Real Estate.
