The principals of Gould Evans announced they have completed the ownership transition of the firm to its next generation of principals and design leaders. Bob Gould and Dave Evans, founders of the firm nearly 40 years ago, have carefully managed the transition process in support of our clients and our future.

It is seen an important milestone in a process that has been underway for several years. It completes a transition of strategic firm leadership and day-to-day operations to an experienced team of principals who have collaborated closely for two decades.

Both Gould and Evans will remain involved in selective activities to support ongoing clients and projects, with more freedom to enjoy other activities.

In accordance with this achievement, Gould Evans has launched a redesigned website at gouldevans.com. The new site reflects its identity as a design practice defined by a process of inquiry, strengthened by diversity and connected to region and community.

The Phoenix studio of Gould Evans is led by principals Trudi Hummel and Krista Shepherd, supported by a leadership network of 12 principals in six locations nationwide.

“We are proud of the staff and the principal leadership that has energetically emerged” said Dave Evans and Bob Gould. “We’re excited about the opportunity they have and confident in their future success.”
