Landmark Title Assurance Agency, a member of the Title Security family of companies, is expanding its operation statewide with the opening of a new location in Phoenix.
Vicki Etherton will be leading the agency as president. Etherton previously held the title of vice president of sister company Magnus Title Agency. She will be joined by 40-year industry veteran Pam Tighe, who will remain in Tucson as the company’s executive vice president.
The Phoenix group will continue to work from its conveniently located offices in The Esplanade at 2525 E. Camelback Rd., #136. Landmark Title Assurance Agency’s Tucson group is located at One S. Church Ave., #2040, and has been based in southern Arizona since 2004.
The company is under the ownership of Title Security, which has been in operation for four decades. The addition of the Phoenix office will provide clients with access to a seasoned team of title industry professionals, who are well versed in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
“The firm name may be new to the Phoenix market, but our team has been successfully providing clients with title insurance protection and escrow services for complex real estate transactions for decades,” Etherton said. “We pride ourselves on taking a personal approach; treating every deal with the utmost care.”
Randall Parmele, senior vice president in charge of business development, will continue with Etherton in the Phoenix office. Etherton and her team will provide title, escrow and specialized research services to commercial, industrial and residential real estate developers, brokers, lenders and investors.
The company will officially transition the Phoenix office to Landmark Title in early August.
