LGE Design Build closed out 2012 completing and/or starting more than 1.5 MSF of new projects with a total value of more than $113M.
Included in this total were projects such as Skyline Charter Schools, Adelante Healthcare Mesa, Fedex North Phoenix, The Entertainment District in Old Town Scottsdale and the new 172,000 SF headquarters for Southwest Products in Surprise,
“2012 was a great year for LGE,” said David E. Sellers, President of LGE Design Build. “We showed our range in expertise and delivered several very high quality projects.”
According the company, going into 2013 LGE has its largest back log in nearly four years.
It recently completed construction on a tenant improvement for Specialized Armament, 3,568 SF of office and 6,016 SF of warehouse space in Peoria. Specialized Armament is an authorized Colt Defense distributor and stocking dealer.
