Marcus & Millichap, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares and the price range for the offering has not been determined.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. will serve as joint book runners for the proposed offering. JMP Group Inc. and William Blair & Co. will act as co-managers.
