McDowell Mountain Marketplace Sold to Scottsdale Investment Firm for $14.1M


A Scottsdale-based investment firm purchased the 84,087 SF McDowell Mountain Marketplace for $14.125M.

Price per square foot was $167.98. The neighborhood retail center is at the SWC of Thompson Peak Parkway and Bell Rd.

The Bashas’ grocery-anchored shopping center was built in 2002 and sits on 12.45 acres. The center also features a Chase Bank and several local area merchants and is in close proximity of the Loop 101 Freeway.

The center was purchased by YAM Management of Scottsdale. Pat Dempsey and Jan Fincham, Principals with Lee & Associates represented the seller.
