hardison/downey construction is general contrator as Octane Raceway moves into an existing space at the Pavilions at Talking Stick, Indian Bend and Loop 101 in Scottsdale.
The project includes the demoliton and buildout of an indoor cart racing facility that also includes an arcade, conference/meeting rooms and full restaurant.
Architect for the 44,000 SF project is Tomecak Design.
Subcontractors include Adobe Drywall, Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company, Alpine Mechanical & Service, Niemeyer Bros. Plumbing, Wholesale Floors and Wilson Electric Services Corp.
Expected completion is May.
