Plaza Companies Lands Leasing, Property Management and Construction Services Contract For Large Class A Medical Office Building in North Phoenix

Lifeprint Health Center Owners Select Plaza for Services on 81,875 SF Building

Plaza Companies has landed a significant leasing, property management and construction services contract for a major medical office building in north Phoenix.

The owners of Lifeprint Health Center, a Class A office building located at 20414 N. 27th Avenue near the John C. Lincoln Medical Center-North Campus, selected Plaza to serve the building after conducting interviews with companies throughout the marketplace. The building has major tenants including United Healthcare (UNH-NYSE) and Central Garden & Pet Company (CENT-NASDAQ), along with several other diverse medical uses.

Lifeprint Health Center is located on 2.35 acres in north Phoenix, and includes a 4  level parking structure. Its new ownership is Lifeprint Health Center, LLLP, a subsidiary of Talia Jevan Properties, Inc., of Vancouver, B.C., Canada, led by Harmel S. Rayat, President. Talia Jevan Properties, Inc. is a highly respected Vancouver based private company that is dedicated to owning, managing and developing the finest portfolio of commercial real estate.
