RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm, announced it has promoted Michelle Weber to Regional Vice President in its Phoenix office.

Weber previously served as Regional Manager. In her new role, Weber will be focused on strategically growing the firm’s property management portfolio which currently totals more than 4 MSF of institutional-quality office, industrial, and retail investments throughout Metro Phoenix.

Over the past 12 months she has doubled her staff, and by year’s end she is expected to add additional personnel to accommodate the 1 MSF of growth that is currently in the pipeline.

“Michelle has more than 16 years of successful, hands-on property management experience,” said John Combs, founder and principal, RiverRock Real Estate Group. “For the past three years, she has managed RiverRock’s Arizona portfolio and has played a major role in our growth in the greater Phoenix region, driving our branding and service delivery platform.”

Combs added that Weber takes pride in establishing genuine relationships with her clients in order to better satisfy their needs. Her personal approach and dedication to creating value are venerable assets that align with RiverRock’s commitment to customized, high-level service.

As investment opportunities become available in the Phoenix market, Weber is well positioned to help her clients make positive gains.

Prior to joining RiverRock, Weber managed 3 MSF of industrial, back-office and Class A office buildings. Weber’s noteworthy career achievements include: awarded highest tenant satisfaction rating by Kingsley Associates in 2005, 2007 and 2009; maintained a 90% tenant retention average over a nine-year period in eight submarkets; increased value of an eight-property portfolio by 44% during a five-year hold period; and implemented U.S. Green Building Council initiatives by obtaining an Energy Star rating on a newly acquired office building.
