Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed represented the landlord at 8th Avenue Shops in Mesa to lease 1,307 to Herbalife. This neighborhood retail center is located at 810 S. Alma School Road. Michael Hashim of AZ Prime Real Estate represented the tenant.
Dance Studio C leased 4,060 SF at McKellips Lindsay Center located at 2860 E. McKellips Road in Mesa. Michael Gaida represented the landlord in the transaction. Darin Edwards of CPI represented the tenant.

Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represented the landlord at Ventura Gateway to lease 2,287 SF to the SOLIS Group. Ventura Gateway is located at 8687 E. Via De Ventura in Scottsdale. Nathan Wade of 22Back represented the tenant.

SALES:
Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented the landlord in the sale of University Shops, located at 724 W. University Drive in Mesa. The 7,952 SF retail center sold for $366,500. The buyer was represented by Tim Dulany with Colliers.

Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represented the seller, Gateway Medical Investors, LLC, in the sale of Gateway Medical Building located at 5656 S. Power Road in Gilbert. The 9,295 SF medical office building sold for $1,550,000. The buyer, Matsui Family Trust, was represented by Brett Blazicek of C & I Real Estate out of California.

Neil Sherman and Carrick Sears represented the buyer, Summit Holdings, LLC, in the sale of Palmera Apartments. The 64-unit multifamily complex is located at 6625 North 17th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ and sold for $2,305,000 or $46.44 per unit. The Seller, CalCap Advisors, was represented by Ryan Ash of ARA.

Danny Lee represented the buyer, Mellow Square Apartments, LLC, and the seller, John & Vince Properties, LLC, in the sale of Mellow Square Apartments, located at 1814 W. Vogel Avenue in Phoenix. The 16-unit apartment building sold for $456,000.
