Trammell Crow Company Hires Paul Tuchin as Vice President

 

Trammell Crow Company announces that Paul Tuchin has joined the Phoenix Business Unit as Vice President. He will be responsible for expanding the company’s acquisitions effort for commercial and industrial properties.

“We are excited for Paul’s return to Phoenix and are pleased to welcome him to our Phoenix team,” said Jim Mahoney, Senior Managing Director and Head of Trammell Crow Company’s Phoenix Business Unit.

“Paul’s experience in Phoenix, as well as his tremendous knowledge with land transactions makes him a strategic addition to our team as we pursue exciting opportunities in the coming years.”

Tuchin joins TCC from Relativity Television, a division of the mini-major film studio Relativity Media in Los Angeles, where he served as Director of Development. Prior to joining Relativity Media, he served as an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was one of the founding members of the Land Division in the Phoenix office.

Before that, Tuchin was a Land Associate with Don Bennett and Associates in Goodyear, where he completed more than $25M in land transactions during his tenure.

Tuchin earned a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
