There’s a new technology-driven company in town and its name is Vixxo. Opening its doors today under a new brand name, Vixxo clients, including international brands such as Starbucks, 7-Eleven and Michaels, have an entirely new data-enabled advantage to manage their assets.

Headquartered in Scottsdale, Vixxo has 12 offices across the U.S. and Canada, with more than 1,000 employees – 250 that work out of the Scottsdale location. As a seven-year veteran of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list, Vixxo plans to hire 300 new employees this year and continue its growth trajectory in Arizona and other key markets.

“We are proud Vixxo sees the value of Scottsdale’s pro-business environment, talented workforce and community support for their growing company headquarters,” said Scottsdale Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane. “We look forward to working with Vixxo and assisting them grow alongside other national and international technology companies headquartered in Scottsdale.”

Fusion, the technology platform powering Vixxo, provides clients end-to-end asset management, mobility and analytics to better manage the machines that power their business.

“Fusion incorporates emerging technologies that take a significant amount of time and resources out of asset management,” said Vixxo CEO Jim Reavey. “Our clients rely on Fusion and Vixxo to monitor, advise and improve the process. Tools such as device sensors help monitor activity and detect status changes while capturing and analyzing critical data, allowing our team to effectively manage the asset, recommend the best approach and get our clients back to business without unplanned expenses.”

Vixxo is the first in the facility management industry to give customers a guaranteed savings and peace of mind that the local service providers completing the work on their assets meet Vixxo standards, finish the job promptly and for the appropriate cost.

“Vixxo manages 1.1 million assets across more than 65,000 client locations, which results in 3.5 million annual work orders,” added Reavey. “The 150,000 local service providers in markets across the country and Canada are an integral part of our service model. We view ourselves as a vital extension of our clients and their operations.”

Opening its doors today as Vixxo, the company is the result of combining two leading facility management companies—First Service Networks and FM Facility Maintenance— providing 50 years of industry leadership.
