Taylor Morrison, a leading national builder and developer, has completed the purchase of a parcel of 50 lots in Arizona at the East Mesa master-planned community of Eastmark.
The new parcel purchase will be yet another stage of development in the Eastmark community, where Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix Division has been building since 2013.
“It’s an exciting purchase,” said Brad Schoenberg, president of Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix division. “With this purchase, Taylor Morrison will introduce its Endeavor Collection to Eastmark.”
Taylor Morrison’s new Endeavor Collection will feature four one- and two-story floorplans that range in size from approximately 1,950 to 3,500 square feet. With distinctive designs that feature open-concept living spaces and three to five bedrooms, the floorplans meet the needs of a variety of homeowners in the master-planned community.
Ranked the number one, best-selling master-planned community in Arizona and number seven in the nation, Eastmark distinguishes itself with the Eastmark Great Park, a mile-and-a-half long public park that includes play areas, biking and walking paths, a heated pool, a 560 sq. ft. toddler pool, and the 4,000 sq. ft. recreation center.
