Brookfield Communities is expecting up to 1,000 people to attend the grand opening weekend of The RIDGE. Chef Paul Terry will be serving an incredible menu all weekend, along with a champagne toast for all who attend. The event is free and open to the public. Menu items include a Mexican burrito bar, assorted pastries and fruits, cubed honey ham, turkey roulade, various gourmet sandwich selections and delectable desserts.

The RIDGE at Fox Creek features a stunning new collection of home designs based on America’s best architectural styles from Craftsman to Mid-Century Modern, blended together in a striking new neighborhood connected by lush landscaping, tree canopies and a new custom clubhouse. Brookfield Communities has drawn inspiration from America’s most desirable neighborhoods, like those in Santa Monica, Calif., with The RIDGE at Fox Creek.

“We’ve been working on this classic American home concept for years,” said Phil Petersen, Brookfield Communities’ founder and president. “It’s finally here and we’re anxious to introduce it to the world. I don’t think there is anything like this in the country.”

The RIDGE at Fox Creek sits on a high ridge near the Colorado River and across from Laughlin, Nev. With mountain and desert views, The RIDGE is on the highest point in Fox Creek, and is comprised of four separate ridgelines and features natural arroyos, unspoiled terrain and high desert vegetation. The character of each individual home in The RIDGE will be diverse as 11 exterior home styles and 11 floor-plans combine to offer more than 450 unique home choices.

Lush landscaping, large trees and “The Roost” – an exclusive community clubhouse will add to the amenities available at The RIDGE. The Roost includes a bar area, a swimming pool and built-in recreation amenities for residents to enjoy. A community amphitheater and a walkable, tree-lined community await future residents in Fox Creek.

Only 48 lots are available in the first phase of The RIDGE. For three days, Nov. 13-15, home buyers can lock in their favorite home-site with a nominal deposit and hold Grand Opening prices. Special pricing will end Dec. 1.
