It’s all about growth at Thomas Title & Escrow’s Scottsdale office where Kevin Kinerk has been promoted to President of the Arizona market. Mr. Kinerk now assumes responsibility for day-to-day management along with developing and maintaining client relationships.
“Kevin has the requisite executive experience to lead our Arizona operations to sustained growth. He’s been deeply involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years and has played key leadership roles with several banks. We have been planning this promotion for some time,” President and CEO Frank W. Busch III says.
To help launch Thomas Title’s national outreach, Lauri Gallagher has joined the executive team as Senior Vice President of business operations. Her 21-year career includes experience in title insurance and escrow, largely with First American as branch manager and commercial escrow officer. She is known for her ability to streamline operations, while developing and implementing organizational solutions in budgeting, personnel, risk and compliance.
Busch says: “We’ve been building for a year and half toward getting the requisite state licensing and underwriter relationships in place to launch our national commercial services platform. Now that we’ve secured the licenses and underwriter relationships, we needed to find the right leadership and build out a high performing team.”
Locally known real estate expert Desha Leonard has joined the Arizona team as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Commercial Escrow Officer. She has over 20 years of industry experience and has worked at some of the largest title and escrow companies. Prior to joining Thomas Title, she served as a national commercial escrow officer at Lawyers Title.
“The national commercial services platform is off to a very strong start. The combined experience among our offices now effectively enables us to handle the largest and most sophisticated multi-site, multi-state transactions across the U.S.,” CEO Busch says.
