The law firm of Tiffany & Bosco P.A. announced that Amy D. Sells has joined the firm as an associate in the Phoenix office. Her practice is concentrated in general commercial litigation with emphasis in real estate, business, contract, and construction litigation. Amy also has extensive creditor’s rights experience, enforcing the rights of secured and unsecured creditors using pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies including replevins, attachments, garnishments, foreclosures and receiverships, as well as enforcing the rights of landlords under commercial leases, including eviction actions and lockouts.

Amy received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University with a concentration in Litigation She also graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature in 2000.
