Brian R. Booker joined Gordon & Rees as a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office after 17 years of practice at the Phoenix Office of a National AM Law 200 Firm.

Booker is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Tort & Product Liability and Professional Liability Defense practice groups.

His commercial litigation practice includes extensive experience litigating matters involving general business disputes, insurance bad faith, real estate, professional liability, direct sales/multi-level marketing, financial services and manufacturing.

He also has extensive experience in defending product manufacturers, and end users of those products, in the context of property damage, catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions.

Booker represented many corporations and individuals in actions involving business torts including business and personal defamation claims, fraud/misrepresentation, misappropriation of trade secrets/proprietary information, tortious interference and unfair competition.

He has also represented financial institutions and consumer financial services companies in wire fraud actions and in FCRA, FDCPA, and state law claims, as well as residential and commercial mortgage brokers in state courts and state regulatory actions.

Mr. Booker earned his bachelor’s from Stanford University and his J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
