Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West law firm, announced that James Lee, chair of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice, has been elected Vice Chair of Ballet Arizona.

Lee counsels clients on wealth transfer strategies, including the use of revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance and gifting trusts, family limited partnerships and LLC’s, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, installment sales to grantor trusts, and other sophisticated tax planning techniques. He earned his J.D. and B.S. from Brigham Young University. Lee has been named to Best Lawyers in America and Southwest Super Lawyers. He also currently serves as chair of the Arizona Community Foundation’s Professional Education Series Planning Committee.
