“Government Property Lease Excise Tax (GPLET) and its Future” will be the topic at the Arizona Association for Economic Development’s — AAED — July luncheon.   It will be held on July 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.

Laura Sever Blanco and Frank Tomkins of Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C. will analyze the impact of the new Arizona legislation on the GPLET process.  They will discuss projects that have benefited from this economic development tool and will examine pending lawsuits and their potential impact going forward.
