Rommie Mojahed and Mary Ridberg represented the tenant, Guns Etc., in the purchase of 11,440 SF of retail space at 2910 S. Alma School Road in Mesa.

Shari A. Tucker-Gasser and Judy Jones represented the seller, 43rd Avenue Plaza LLC, in the $850,000 sale of 8021 N 43rd Avenue in Phoenix. This 15,790 SF retail strip center is located between 43rd Avenue and Northern. The buyer, Guy Brent Skinner, was represented by Todd Lytel of Todd M. Lytel Real Estate Brokerage.

Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represent the landlord at Rome Towers and leased 2,028 SF to Empire Wealth Management. Rome Towers is located at 1760 E. Pecos Road in Gilbert.

Healthcare Financial Resources, Inc., leased 3,420 SF of office space at Ventura Gateway, which is located at 8687 E. Via De Ventura in Scottsdale. Leasing activity remains strong at this newly renovated office building. Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represent the landlord at Ventura Gateway.

Carrick Sears represented the tenant, Cerda Insurance Services, DBA Allstate Insurance, to lease 1,155 SF of office space at Mercury Office Building located at 3508 N. 7th Street in Phoenix.

The seller, Hendrickson Law Firm, was represented by John Barnes of Colliers. Justin Horwitz also has the building currently for lease.
