Digital publisher Liftable Media Inc. purchased approximately 27,000 square feet of office space at Venture Court, located in the heart of Anthem, Arizona, for $1.98 million, according to CBRE.

Originally constructed in 2008, Venture Court Building F is a 2-story office space that prior to being purchased by Liftable Media remained in shell condition.

West Coast Capital Partners LLC sold the property. Eric Wichterman with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller and Kevin Calihan and Stephen Sonntag with CBRE Phoenix represented the buyer.

One key motivator for Liftable Media’s relocation was an opportunity to streamline the company’s operations. The Venture Court space made it feasible and cost-effective to condense four separate office spaces into a single building.

By selecting new office space near the company’s original Anthem location, Liftable Media sought to control expenses for employees, as well.

“As a growing digital media startup, our current office set up was too small for our growing staff. We are excited to have a new office that reflects our employees’ creativity, collaborative work environment, and excellence,” said Patrick Brown, CEO of Liftable Media.

The highly accessible Venture Court professional plaza is located just east of the I-17 freeway and just south of West Anthem Way. Additionally, Anthem Marketplace, a full-service outdoor shopping center, hosts dozens of retailers and restaurants within walking distance of the office space.
