Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) recently signed a lease at The Biltmore Center located at 2398 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 520. The new CBC Advisors Phoenix facility will open in January to allow further expansion of one of the most rapidly growing full-service commercial real estate platforms in the United States.

“This office solidifies a long-term commitment to Phoenix,” said Lew Cramer, CEO of CBC Advisors. “We see tremendous potential within the market to grow operations while extending the advantages of a proven national platform to both clients and commercial brokers alike.”

CBC Advisors first announced an expansion to the Phoenix market in late-June 2016 with Chuck Wells being named managing partner of the CBC Advisors Phoenix office.

CBC Advisors operates in primary and dynamic secondary markets nationwide. The firm implements an innovative brokerage platform built on a client-centric approach, empowering the commercial real estate broker with the tools and resources required to deliver real value for client assets.

Unlike many brokerages, CBC Advisors is redefining the commercial real estate industry through a local, broker-lead approach to management.

“CBC Advisors has been evaluating the Phoenix market for years looking for the right combination of founding members and an ideal location to enter the market,” said Rob Cord, president CBC Advisors. “CBC Advisors allows for a quick and nimble corporate structure, freeing professionals from unnecessary bureaucratic procedures and permitting our brokers to focus on meeting and exceeding their clients’ needs.”

“Our new Phoenix office space was selected with growth in mind,” said Wells. “It is strategically located in the heart of the commercial brokerage community and built around the needs of our professionals and clients. We are excited to further introduce the benefits of CBC Advisors to the market with the tools and resources of a national platform in an enjoyable, yet professional, work atmosphere. Our goal is to provide an environment that promotes office camaraderie, great support, and a very fair fee structure, as these are the keys to keeping quality professionals.”
