As companies strive to improve the work environment and create spaces where employees can be more collaborative and productive, office design has been elevated to a new high.

In today’s corporate real estate market, office space and office design are becoming as important as the bottom line. As attracting and retaining top talent is key to a thriving business, creating workspaces that are industry appropriate and appeal to a wide demographic is an ongoing challenge. Research from a global architect and design firm concluded that poor workplace design costs U.S. firms $330 billion in lost productivity each year.

Panelists at the lunch include Shawn Rush of Corgan, Shelby Guddek of DLR Group and Wren Visser of Pinnacle Design. Philip Grossberg of Avnet will serve as facilitator.
