Cushman & Wakefield announced, Wednesday, that Scottsdale-based 9024 Bahia sold two multi-tenant flex industrial buildings at 9024 and 9048 E. Bahia Dr. in Scottsdale for $3.1 million.

The buyer was Devil Digs Properties, LLC, which will operate as Lusso Auto Group.

Michael Kitlica with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction, Bahia 9024, LLC. Randy Shell and Michelle Gardner with Shell Commercial represented the buyer.

Built in 2005, the project includes two buildings, ±14,627 square feet and ±10,702 square feet that were fully leased at the time of sale to Brown’s Classic Auto.

The new owners plan to occupy the property in 2016.
