Keyser has added veteran real estate attorney Roger Owers to its rapidly growing industrial practice group as a commercial real estate advisor.  Mr. Owers brings 15 years of commercial real estate legal experience to Keyser, and will be responsible for helping to service Keyser’s rapidly expanding local, national and global client base.

“We are very pleased to welcome Roger to our team”, stated founder Jonathan Keyser.  “He brings deep expertise in real estate transaction law, strong negotiating acumen and a critical mind enabling us to continue to provide best-in-class service to our clients as we scale.”

Mr. Owers’ legal experience includes representing landlords and tenants, sellers and buyers, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors.  Mr. Owers practiced with top-tier law firms Sacks Tierney P.A. and Snell & Wilmer LLP, and also served as in-house counsel to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.  This experience, know-how, and critical thinking will add another level of sophistication to Keyser’s relentless pursuit of being champions for our clients.

In addition to serving Keyser’s clients and national accounts, Mr. Owers will also be serving clients with “high stakes” or complex lease or acquisition needs.  Examples of such projects include those with site constraints, operational challenges, multiple phases, compressed schedules, zoning limitations, building code restraints, extensive tenant improvements, city approval challenges, and projects in Indian Country.

Keyser is aggressively looking to hire other seasoned attorneys believing that the skill sets and critical thinking offered by attorneys lend well to providing superior service to Keyser’s clients.
