LGE Design Build completed construction on tenant improvements at a 6,000-square-foot Chandler office building for SixthDivision, a software and small business consultant.

SixthDivision moved into the new building at 2490 S. Gilbert Road, near Loop 202 and Gilbert Road, to accommodate its growth. The new building features a large training room, about twice the size of its former training room, which seats about 50 people. The new open concept also features gathering spots for meetings.

SixthDivision is a software and small business consultant that helps clients implement Infusionsoft, a sales and marketing automation software company also based in Chandler. SixthDivision was started by Brad Martineau, who was the sixth employee at Infusionsoft, and Dave Lee, who was the 11th employee and led sales and marketing at Infusionsoft.

Employees can hangout and enjoy their time in the office.

The new building features an open office with available desks, offices for coaches to work with clients, open meeting spaces and an expansive kitchen with a bank of cabinets, large TVs and a tabletop bar. SixthDivision worked closely with an interior designer to create a space that not only works for their employees, but their clients as well.

The training room features a movie theater where SixthDivision employees can watch work-related videos and host movie nights. The kids loft includes a play area, TV, beanbag chair and basketball hoop.

SixthDivision offers its 12 employees many perks such as free lunch each day, massage therapy every other week, family nights at the office with entertainment such as a jump house and balloon artist, as well as an upcoming company trip to Maui.

“Our new space provides an open concept conducive to meeting with clients and collaborating with employees,” said Erin Thomas, office manager at SixthDivision. “Our employees are a tight-knit group. The new space enables us to feed off each other’s energy and ideas.”

“LGE Design Build worked closely with SixthDivision to create a functional space that helps them serve their clients better and will meet their needs for years to come,” said Dave Sellers, LGE Design Build president.

LGE Design Group served as the architect.
