Meet AZRE Forum moderator: Pete Bolton

The AZRE Forum will be held on Aug. 3 at the Camby and Pete Bolton, owner of the Pete Bolton Company, will moderate two of the three feature panels. The first two panels will focus on the multifamily, retail, office and industrial commercial real estate sectors in Arizona. The final panel will give an update on the state of the commercial real estate industry in Arizona.

Bolton will be moderating on this year’s two brokerage panels focusing on multifamily, retail, office and industrial commercial real estate sectors in Arizona.

Tickets for the AZRE Forum can be purchased here. Last year, the AZRE Forum focused on a variety of trends including access to capital, infill development and much more.

Here is a closer look at Bolton:

Bolton is a former Army infantry officer who has started two companies and turned around two companies that are still in business. He has been managing director for three major commercial real estate companies.

Business advice: “In order to be successful in our industry, you must find the segment that you have a passion for and then go for it, stick with it and become an industry segment expert. You must have the determination to see yourself through the first few years — they can be extremely frustrating, humiliating, filled with doubting yourself and your decision to do this, day after day. Find good mentors and know that if you apply yourself, you can be successful in this business.
