The AZRE Forum will be held on Aug. 3 at the Camby and Mark Stratz, director of Cushman & Wakefield, will sit on one of the three feature panels. The first two panels will focus on the multifamily, retail, office and industrial commercial real estate sectors in Arizona. The final panel will give an update on the state of the commercial real estate industry in Arizona.
Stratz will be speaking on the panel focusing on Arizona’s office and industrial markets.

Here is a closer look at Stratz.
Stratz has been working in the commercial real estate industry for 17 years, having worked as a broker in both Seattle and Phoenix. Currently, he is focused on infill urban land sales, building sales, joint ventures and full reposition of historic and obsolete office buildings. He is the co-founder and co-creator of the FlagHi and FlagHi Pro Apps, which calculates golf shot carry distances, taking in to account both temperature, elevation and humidity.
